Executive Director
Cindy Messaros leads AWES using her extensive education and training background, English as a Second Language (ESL) and essential skills expertise and program management experience. She is a team player, understands workplace needs and excels at integrating solutions.
Consultants
AWES has a core team of consultants with a broad range of skills to share with our clients. We also have a large network of agencies, practitioners and professionals to help us design and deliver packages to meet your unique requirements.
AWES Network
In addition to our core team, AWES is part of a much larger essential skills network in and beyond Alberta. We openly share our best practises and contribute to provincial, inter-provincial and national discussions. Through this network, we find leaders, ideas and learning resources to make sure we can meet your unique needs.
