A priority of public sector organizations is the charge to allocate resources and funding that keeps the workforce in-step with emerging economic, technological, demographic and immigration trends. In fact, AWES was spearheaded under visionary government leadership to build Essential Skills capacity for Alberta. AWES has a proven track record of seeing all our initiatives with government partners to successful completion.
